Refunds

We'll gladly refund your purchase once we've received and inspected your returned item(s). Our Quality Assurance team will check to ensure they're in perfect, unworn condition and that any promotional gifts are included.

Here's how your refund will be handled:

  • Processing time: We'll work quickly to process your refund, usually within about 5 business days of receiving your return.
  • Refund method: We'll send your refund back to the original payment method you used. If you paid by bank wire, or another special method, we'll send you a check. If you used a credit card, the refund will typically appear on your statement within 4-7 business days.

A note about international purchases:

If you paid with an international bank wire, your refund will be in USD based on the exchange rate when you made your purchase. We understand exchange rates can change, so please be aware that the refund amount might be slightly different due to those fluctuations. We're also not responsible for any fees your bank might charge.

We charge 10% of the Order Value if any Order is Canceled Within 24 Hours of Purchase. We charge 20% of the Order Value if any Order is canceled after 24 hours of Purchase. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.

● Note:- All goods ordered in error by the Customer (Ring Size)or goods the Customer wishes to return are subject to a restocking fee. The restock fee is 20 % of the original invoice value of the goods.

 

Resizing

We understand the importance of a perfect fit for your cherished ring. That's why we offer a complimentary resizing service within 30 days of your purchase, including free shipping both ways.

We want to ensure your ring fits comfortably and brings you joy for years to come. If you find that the ring doesn't fit perfectly after receiving it, simply reach out to us within 30 days of it being ready for shipment or pickup. We'll take care of the resizing process, ensuring it fits your finger perfectly and making it feel like it was made just for you.

While we're happy to resize most rings, there are a few exceptions due to their unique designs or materials:

  • Eternity rings: These rings are crafted with a continuous circle of gemstones, making them difficult to resize. However, you can exchange them within 30 days if the size isn't right.
  • Custom, modified, or engraved rings: These rings can be resized, but a small fee may apply to accommodate the intricate work involved.

If you decide to resize your ring after the 30-day complimentary period, don't worry! We still offer resizing services for a fee or through our Extend Protection Plan, as long as the resizing request falls within the recommended sizing range.

We want you to be completely happy with your ring, and we're here to help you every step of the way. If you have any questions or concerns about resizing, please don't hesitate to contact us.

 

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but we understand things don't always work out. If you're not completely happy for any reason, we're here to make it right. You have 30 days from the day your order is ready to ship or pick up to return or exchange it.

Need to make a return? If your order is under $1,000, it's easy to start your return online through our handy portal. For orders over $1,000, just give us a call and we'll help you out.

A few things to keep in mind:

  • Resized or modified rings: These are also final sale.
  • Engraved or personalized jewelry: We're happy to take these back, but custom engravings and personalization can't be undone. There might be a small fee to remove engravings.
  • Custom-designed jewelry: These pieces are one-of-a-kind and can't be returned.
  • Previously exchanged items: These are also final sale.
