At Gemlux, we collaborate closely with you to create a design that reflects your unique vision. Our designers work through sketches, discussions, and feedback to refine your ideas, and our skilled craftsmen bring the finalized concept to life, merging creativity with personal significance.
Process Behind Our Bespoke Jewelry Deilvery
Step 1: Inspiration
Send us a sketch, links, photos, or write a description of your dream jewelry.
Step 2: CAD Creation
Our designers will create a 3D design of your ring for you to review and approve.
Step 3: Wax Mold
Once the 3D design is approved, we will create a wax version of the ring using 3D printers.
Step 4: Casting
Once the wax model is ready a casting tree of several such wax models is made and then the casting is done. A quality check is done before setting the stones to avoid any defects in the jewelry here.
Step 5: Stone Setting
Skilled artisans meticulously set the stones into the prepared metalwork, using techniques like prong setting, bezel setting, or pave setting, depending on the design and desired effect.
Step 6: Fabrication
Upon final approval, we cast your design in the desired metal. The ring is passed on to our goldsmiths, engravers, and diamond setters who hand-finish your special creation just as you imagined.
